What the website stores

SIRR may store account identifiers you provide, password hashes, order details, payment method and payment-reference information, subscription status, referral codes, and support messages. We collect only what is needed to operate the website, process orders, prevent abuse, and provide support.

Payment information

Payments may be made through third-party payment networks. SIRR does not ask you to send bank-card credentials to this website. Payment references or transaction IDs submitted for verification may be stored with the corresponding order.

VPN traffic

This website does not inspect your browsing traffic. Operational data practices of the VPN service are governed by the configuration of the SIRR application and VPN infrastructure. We aim to minimize unnecessary operational data and will update this policy when additional telemetry or diagnostics are introduced.

Security

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. The website uses encrypted HTTPS transport and access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Sharing

We do not sell customer data. Information may be processed by infrastructure or payment providers where required to deliver the service, or disclosed when legally required.
